Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ROAS Calculator ("we," "us," or "the site") handles information when you use our free ROAS & Digital Ad Profitability Calculator tool. We built this tool to be lightweight and privacy-respecting by design, and this policy describes exactly what data is — and is not — collected.

1. Calculator inputs are never stored or transmitted

The ROAS calculator runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Any figures you enter — including ad spend, revenue, product cost, clicks, or average order value — are processed locally on your device to generate results.

No campaign or financial data you enter into the calculator is sent to our servers, stored in a database, or shared with any third party. Once you close or refresh the page, your inputs are gone.

The "Copy Results" feature also operates entirely client-side, copying a text summary to your device's clipboard without transmitting any data.

2. Cookies and advertising

This site displays advertisements served through Google AdSense. To support this, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar tracking technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites, and to measure ad performance.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Personalized advertising: Where permitted, ads may be tailored to your interests based on your browsing activity across websites.
Non-personalized advertising: In regions requiring consent (such as the EEA and UK), or where you have opted out, ads are served without using personal data for targeting.
Third-party vendors: Google AdSense and its partner networks may set and read their own cookies as part of ad delivery and measurement.

4. Standard website logging and analytics

Like most websites, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect standard log information when you visit, such as your IP address (or an anonymized/truncated version), browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve performance. It is not used to identify you personally.

5. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights under GDPR and CCPA
